About
The Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre was founded as a company initially in 1980 by artistic director Deborah Lundmark along with Michael deConinck Smith, the managing director.
This performing arts company soon began to grow. In fact, there have been invitations to perform at the Canada Dance Festival. There have also been tours to places in Asia such as China, Singapore and Malaysia.
Experience
Deborah Lundmark has over 40 years of experience as a dance ballet instructor as well as a supervisor of teachers-in-training. She is highly regarded and respected in the performing arts industry.
Many of her students have gone on to train in some of the best schools and companies in the world. Her academy is the foundation for many thriving and successful careers.
Dance Classes
There are several types of classes depending on the needs of a student. Some may just want to learn for the love of it, others may have dreams of turning professional.
There are classes for children, adults and even a pre-professional program. All classes are taught by some of the country's finest dance teachers. The students will learn about various dance techniques and how to hone their skills to a professional level.
